We offer a full line of ventilation products brought to you by the best manufacturers with best warranties in the business. Ventilation is another very important piece of the energy efficiency puzzle that is overlooked most of the time. 95% of new homes built in the Houston, Sugar Land, Katy, Bellaire, West U, Galleria, Memorial, Mid Town, Mo.City, Stafford, Richmond, Rosenberg, Spring, Friendswood, Clearlake, Pearland, Pasadena, Tomball, & Woodlands area do not have proper ventilation for the amount of cubic footage built.
With the proper intake (soffit vents), outtake (vents), and a thermal barrier (insulation), there is nothing else that can provide more efficiency.
Let one of our trained professionals assist you with best options for your current situation.
What is Ventilation?
Simply the process of supplying a continuous supply of air through the attic space
50% intake/50% exhaust
Exhaust must be at least 3 feet higher than the intake system
The best place to install intake vents is in or near the roof eave or soffits. That location provides two key advantages:
1. The vents are better protected from rain and snow infiltration. Vents mounted in the eave provide almost total protection.
2. Usually, when under eave vents are placed on both sides of a roof (as they should be), there's always an equal distribution of high and low pressure areas.
This attic was so hot the sap had leeched out of the wood from the roof joists. In this climates attic temperatures can reach 165 degrees.
Proper ventilation is key to preventing high attic temperatures from putting too much pressure on the duct system and eventually leaking heat into the home. On this 63 degree March day this under-ventilated attic was 105 degrees already!

During the summer, most of the U.S. including Texas, experience temperatures that cause our homes to be uncomfortable if not outright hot! The reason for the heat gain within a building is inadequate insulation and ventilation between the roof and the ceiling of the building.
Without A Solar Powered Venting Fan....
Inadequate ventilation created heat buildup which can.. Move heat into the interior of the building which can... Increase the load on the A/C equipment which can.... Increase your electric costs!
With A Solar Powered Venting Fan....
It WILL keep an attic of 1600 sf at outside ambient temperatures It WILL keep a typical home 12-15 degrees cooler It WILL save you up to 15-30% on A/C costs It WILL literally eliminate the potential for long range
The sun's heat moves from the roof to the ceiling and downwards to the floor. A hot attic equals a hot house. By installing a solar fan, the heat can ve vented from the attic resulting in a cooler house and lower utility bills!
The Super Cyclone solar powered attic vent is the highest volume solar fan in the world, pulling 1275 cf/m of hot air. In addition, the 20 watt photovoltaic solar panel delivers twice the power and removes 50% more hot air than other solar powered atiic fans.
The SDF-20 reduces HEAT GAIN! It can vent up to 1275 cfm of hot air during the summer. By reducing the amount of heat that is conducted by the ceiling, heat gain within the interior can be dramatically reduced. Attic temperatures can reach 150 degrees F or more in the summer. Than translates to ceiling temperatures of 100 degrees or more. By venting heat within the attic before it is conducted by the ceiling, ceiling temperatures can be lowered by 10 to 30 degrees F.
